 We clean linens for our vacation rental properties. We can clean  linens for our recurring short-term rental clients. We have our laundry facility that process our linens.

 We have a general checklist for residential recurring, deep cleans and office cleans. For our vacation rentals, we have a general checklist but must customize each list to each property due to the unique features a rental may offer. All checklist are listed here on our website.  For our recurring residential homes, it will typically be one to two tech and the same techs will be servicing your home. For vacation rentals or office clean, it depends on the scope of the job with a minimum of two techs per unit or property.

When requesting a quote for recurring clean please provide the address so we can check layout of the  property. Every home is different including living behaviors of the occupants. We have quote for one-time cleans on our website with a disclaimer that it may cost more or less that the original estimate.  

 No. Most homeowners are not present for their cleans.  We don’t mind if you are! 

 We want to help makes the process as easy as possible for you. Feel free to email, call or book a cleaning online. Most recurring jobs require a brief walk through of the property after we have a signed service agreement. After reviewing the property layout, we will email an estimate that can be approved or denied. If approved, we will contact you to confirm the dates of service. On the day of your cleaning service, you will be notified when the cleaning tech has cleaned the property and it is ready for guest check in.  Once completed, you will be notified when the clean is done and the tech has left. Payment is paid via, online payment or debit, credit and Ach payment.
